Attention
Center Hill Chalets Vacation Rental Guests
In lieu of paying a security deposit, we offer Accidental Rental Damage Insurance which is included in your rental rates and is available through Travel Guard. For an affordable $25.00, this plan covers up to $500 in accidental damage to the rental property or its contents, if caused by a registered guest. Theft or damage of any property owned by or brought onto the premises by a Guest is not covered under this waiver. If malicious or intentional Guest damage occurs, the Guest will reimburse Agent and/or Owner the full replacement costs including attorney's fees. In the event of damage to the premises, its equipment, furniture or carpeting, Renter agrees to be responsible for all damage costs exceeding the amount of the security deposit waiver insurance, including collection costs and attorneys fees. Documentation detailing charges will be provided to the Renter. All rental properties are subject to inspection prior to the arrival of the next occupant.

You must notify us of any damage to the unit during your occupancy, or this plan is void and you will be held responsible for any damage to the unit. Travel Guard All Seasons Travel Plan will automatically be added to your reservation. If you do not wish to purchase the insurance you may decline the insurance within 48 hours of making your reservation by checking the designated box on your invoice and faxing it back to our office at 931-858-6258 or e-mailing back to Center Hill Chalets at centerhill@twlakes.net
