The home was nice and the double deck porch was well worth it! The sunsets over the mountains and lake in comfortable seating or hot tub is the perfect way to end each day. The upstairs shower was divine. Great water pressure with 3 heads. It was perfect after a day of hiking.

The cabin was beautiful and the views and breathtaking! It felt really spacious with two floors and the hot tub was amazing. The kitchen had an everything we needed. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Staying here was great. We had everything we needed, played lots of games from the selection downstairs, and enjoyed the awesome view from the hot tub.

A great spot at the top of the hill, with a fun movie, game room and Hot tub.

The house was comfortable. Theatre room in finished basment was great. Hot tub overlooking the lake was the best! Also, the managment company was a very attentive and kind.

We had a great stay. It’s very quiet and dark and if it hadn’t been cloudy, I bet the stars would have been wonderful. Beautiful view even in winter. The hot tub was lovely and the whole place was clean.

I can't say enough good things about staying here. The view is beyond amazing. We wanted to get out of the Nashville area to relax and unwind and this definitely worked. The hot tub and view cannot be beat. The deck is amazing, the giant smart tv downstairs was like being at a movie theater. I wanted to catch up on a few programs and being able to login as a guest on the upstairs roku was fantastic. We took our kayaks out a few times as well. We can't wait to go back! The shower upstairs with its multiple shower heads wasn't bad either.

Pictures don't do it justice. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for a low-key long weekend. We will return.

We had a great week relaxing in this house! The finished basement has a great couch that fit the whole family and a big screen TV. It was nice to have the couch/TV upstairs as well for when the kids were playing downstairs. The hot tub was good. The view was amazing from the hot tub/deck/house. Although the house is close to neighbors there is still a feeling of seclusion. We spent a day in Nashville (about 1.5 hours away). The parks in the area were great too.

My friends and I loved the view this place provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the big tvs to watch the World Series! Only thing I would have liked more is having bathroom shampoo / conditioner.

The home was cozy and the movie-watching couch was so comfy. The only negative was the downstairs twin beds were pretty firm. But otherwise, everything was great!

Loved everything particularly the 3 shower heads in the master bath! They provided our necessities along with thinking of binoculars, which we loved. They should upgrade the beds and then this would be totally perfect but it's pretty close right now. There is a trail that goes down to the lake in the circle. Wish we had known that upon arrival. We didn't know until we were packed to leave. Stunning views! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great week on the Lake. The house was well stocked, clean, and in good condition. The view was amazing and we a lot of time on the deck. Rick, the maintenance guy was great. The couple of things that bothered me were the beds were very uncomfortable and the spiral stairs are scary. I wish there was easier access to the lower level. My biggest concern has nothing to do with house. The road coming in almost requires a 4 wheel drive, and even though I grew up in the area and was exposed to homes like we passed, it was very disconcerting on the initial drive in. Speaking with one neighbor, I know there is an HOA, it seems something could be done about the road and the junkyard homes.

We loved this property! It was perfect for our teenagers with so many activities to keep us all busy and the views just topped anything we could have hoped for plus we used the Hurricane Bridge put-in which was 5 mins away. Suggestions: let renters know that there is enough space to park a boat and the neighbor had just built a gravel turn around that was perfect for getting the truck and trailer turned around. Also, you may reword the instructions to enter the home. You have to push the button with the photo of the lock on it in order to open it. And the stools at the bar could be a little taller in order to eat there. Everything else was just so great!

Lake view Sunset definitely lives up to its name! As soon as we pulled up, we were immediately blown away by the view off the back deck! The house was spacious and spotless, there were games inside and out, and plenty of supplies to cook and entertain. The only downside was the drive it took to actually swim in a quality part of the lake, but it was well worth it for the views. Absolutely loved the memories we made here.

My family and I stayed at Lakeview Sunset this summer and had a great time, we are already planning our vacation there next year. The house was big enough for 2 families of 3 each to spread out and have some privacy, the house was clean and well kept and provided plenty of games and entertainment. We hosted a dinner party with 14 people, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and with the outdoor seating we had plenty of room for everyone.

I did wish there were curtains or blinds on the upstairs sliding door, the sun was starting to the west around dinner time and shined directly on the dining room table and was in our eyes.

When the sun started setting the view was absolutely amazing, we spent every evening sitting on the deck sipping wine and playing Island Ring Toss while Mother Nature put on a spectacular show. Once the sun set fully we moved to the hot tub and kicked back and relaxed under the stars.

I couldn’t ask for a more relaxing evening pace to call home for the week!

Word of advice - if you are planning on cooking/eating in bring everything you need down to the salt and pepper. The kitchen is well appointed, but absolutely no oil, spices, etc are available for use.

Incredibly cozy cabin with an amazing view! The sunset views were worth the stay alone. This cabin had everything we needed, and then some. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us to sleep comfortably, the two full bathrooms were nice, and the hot tub was perfect to relax and unwind. We also liked that the cabin is fairly secluded, and at the end of a dead end road. The only issue worth mentioning was the ladybug swarms/infestation, but we just laughed it off. Everything else was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.

Other than an empty propane tank, it was great. I didn't get (or see) the door code email, but the cleaning crew was wrapping up when I arrived at 1:50 PM and gave it to me. Hot tub was real clean, but needs a new cover. One lounge chair needs repair. Ice maker does not work.

Overall the property was as advertised. Management was very helpful answering questions up front and with helpful app on area attractions. Views of hills and creeks were beautiful. It is definitely more a residential vacation destination area and was well located between big cities for us. Some properties in area are new and others are old and marginal. Inside our place it had a very cozy vacation home feel and was clean. My family enjoyed it as a great get away in TN. Hot tub could have been cleaner with less particulates perhaps but we are not regular hot tubbers.

Well equipped, beautiful rustic decor. Amazing view from a spacious deck or patio. The hot tub and fire pit were nice additions. Great place to unwind and in plug...corn joke, darts, ring game and plenty of board games available. Quick drive from Nashville for a quick get away. We are not boater, plenty of places to go for that. The cabin is not in a resort area, it is in a residential area...which was fine just wasnt expecting that. The home and property is well maintained and labeled. We went to several of the nearby State Parks to hike to the Falls. Great time.

The property mgmt./crew showed up as we arrived and took an extra step to blow away the many leaves that had accumulated at the door and around all the decking. This place was gorgeous...location AND house. We had a very relaxing weekend getaway. The bed was very comfy & we loved the hot tub & the great shower. As a cook, I was excited that the pans were really nice! We loved the porch...and the ability to listen to music while on the porch enjoying the view!

The only improvements I would make are better lighting in the kitchen (it was hard to see into the pans with only the one overhead light), and better sound downstairs to go along with the awesome TV & couch! Neither of those would be deal-breakers, though.

We would highly recommend it! It's an awesome place to relax!

Our rental was everything we hoped for! Very nice clean accommodations with beautiful view!
The only thing we didn't have was a filled propane tank for the grill. We were in the middle of only our second meal being grilled and the tank ran out. Maintenance was called but was unable to bring us a tank so we had to make the meal indoors. The spare tank at the property was empty as well. :(

I would highly recommend anyone to stay there that likes quiet, peaceful and awesome views of the Lake. Our stay was a 10+. The place is decorated beautifully and the kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and dishes. The downstairs was very nice, especially for a family with kids. My grand kids loved the games and the large couch. The Hot tub is set is a very relaxing place over looking the lake. The best part was the 3 shower-heads shower. Great pressure and lots of hot water. My favorite place was the back porch.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals. For entertainment, we enjoyed playing pool and lounging in the hot tub. The host was kind enough to send a list of exactly what they supplied, so we knew what we needed to bring ahead of time. We had 10 people and were all very comfortable. We definitely would stay again.

The house was perfect for our group of 12 a toy poodle. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out when they wanted, but the common areas were large enough to accomodate visiting, card games, and having meals together. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and finding some scenic views. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more!

Everything we could’ve asked for in a rental house. Our 8th annual lake trip to Smithville and we’ve found our forever rental house. Great house and everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

We recently returned from our 6th consecutive year staying at beautiful Paradise Inn. Truly it has to be the most wonderful home anywhere near the Center Hill Lake area. Our family of 10 always looks forward to getting together there each year. The home has 6 bedrooms and 4 baths all nicely appointed. With more than enough room for our entire family to spread out. I believe our favorite part of the home besides the gourmet kitchen, is the screened in back porch, with plenty room to spend quality time with our family. Breakfast, lunch and evenings you will most likely find us there getting caught up on life. This year we had the 'joy' of meeting Holly, the manager of the realtor company. She went totally out of her way to help us unload some things from our car when we arrived, since we sometimes have trouble navigating the steps with both hands full and our family wasn't due to arrive until the next day. It is little "acts of kindness" like this, that make us continue to want to return to our little bit of paradise (Paradise Inn). Thank you Holly. You sure did brighten our day. We are already making plans to return again next year for our 7th visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Inn. This home was so spacious, clean, and accommodating for 6. The view from the back decks is fantastic and it is convenient to town. It was super nice to have all the appliances you could need and 3 refrigerators so that you can stock up and stay a while!! If you're planning a “staycation” just to relax and getaway to a quiet place this one is it in any season.

Paradise Inn is the perfect family gathering place! It was a great place to sit on the back deck and enjoy the gorgeous view. The home is the perfect accommodation for a larger group. There is an extra fridge in the pantry which was a big deal if you are preparing meals. The kitchen was stocked well with anything that we needed. We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was very clean. We used the hot tub and grill and they were as-advertised. We had some trouble figuring out the TVs, but that probably had more to due with our expertise and level of effort :)

Our 13 member family came together for our annual reunion. We did a lot if cooking at the house and appreciated the abundance of cookware and serving pieces and rhe large kitchen. The dining and gathering space was big enough for our needs yet the outdoor patio and decks also allowed for quiet times. Perfect accommodations for our group!

Immediate and extended family stayed the week at this location. The property was very accommodating for our large group with several activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked, which was helpful. It is also located near many state parks that we visited, and is a reasonable drive from Nashville. We would recommend the property to other families visiting the area.

We just recently returned from another wonderful stay at Paradise Inn with our family of 10. This is our 4th year staying at Paradise Inn. A beautiful home where it is easy for us to continue to make many cherished memories. The home is kept fresh with crisp white sheets and towels. Their are updates each time we visit. Last year the entire inside had been freshly repainted. This year, new bedspreads were added along with a beautiful huge sofa in the living area. Also a new dining room table with seating for 10 had been added along with 4 new bar stools. We love the layout of the home, with 3 bedrooms ad 2 baths on the upper lever and the same on the lower level .... more than enough room for all of us to spread out. The master bedroom/ensuite is fabulous with a huge bath room with separate double sinks, a walk-in shower, jacuzzi & private water closet. The very spacious gourmet kitchen is another fun place for our family to make memories. We love the long kitchen island and access to large pantry across the hallway with a second refrigerator. Our family loves the upper deck enclosed back porch with wonderful wicker cushioned furniture, where we usually spend most of our time during the day & at night. Our grandchildren love the pool room on the lower level and the outside large hot tub, along with another area, housing cushioned outdoor furniture. We are in love with this house to say the least, and if we could, we would make our stays here for weeks at a time. I might add that we have been in various rentals throughout our annual tradition of gathering together with our family for the last 40+ years (even one rental near this home) but none have even come close to comparing to this one! We thank you Robert for sharing your wonderful home with us each year. We always try to leave it in perfect condition when we depart, just as we found it when we arrived. You are the best super host ever. We are already making our plans to return next year, to a home filled with so many of our memories!

What a beautiful home and view! We loved every bit of our stay. My only suggestion would be to have a better-stocked kitchen. We had 8 people and had to constantly wash silverware and plates. I would also have some platters for serving. Everything was clean and loved the home. Just a suggestion.

This is a great and spacious cabin. The views are beautiful. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together. There is a large pantry beside the kitchen with an additional refrigerator and since we were a large group we filled up both refrigerators. The pool table room was a hit with everyone. We have already rebooked for another stay!

A few things you may not realize. The tv remote in the pool room needs batteries, the tv in the bedroom off the dining room did not work for whatever reason. The shower valve in the master bath is tricky. It just goes all the way around and shutting it completely off took some luck. The flood lights under the deck in the back did not come on. It rained our whole stay so we were there a lot! The home fit everyone well and it was super quiet there. Thanks for the coffee pot.

This is the 3rd year in a row that our family has been blessed to make memories at Paradise Inn. We just returned from a 5 night stay there with our 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-laws, and 4 grandchildren. Without a doubt this gorgeous home has us, wanting to return again and again! So much so, that we are already making plans to return in 2022. The owner of this home is fantastic, in that he sees that it stays well maintained. When we walked through the doors this year, we found that the entire inside had been repainted a beautiful oyster grey, new bedspreads in all 6 bedrooms, new screening on the large inviting back porch, (where we spent each day and evening recounting with our wonderful family again). The property is also so well kept ... very very clean throughout. The well appointed spacious 'gourmet' kitchen has become our favorite place to visit with each other. There is plenty of room for the 'chefs' in our family to laugh and talk as they prepare our dinner. The large oval dinning room table is also a late night favorite of ours, where we gathered each evening to play board games, The property has a fantastic hot tub, which we have used in the past, but we were just too busy sitting on one of the two decks, enjoying our family time together, (which is rare), to take advantage of it this year. We did however, enjoy the community pool, which is included in the rental. It has never been crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Because of the pandemic and being cautious with Covid going around, our coming together as a family meant more to us than ever this year. If you want a place to call 'home' for a few days and to make new memories, Paradise Inn is the place you should reserve. Take it from our family, this should be your choice! Thanks to the owner Robert, for sharing his home. We want you to know that we took take of it like it was our own. In all of our years of doing vacation rentals, yours is the best! Please know, that we will return.

Paradise Inn is the most suitable for plenty of room and it's layout works well. We've tried others around it and they just don't match up to it. We didn't have a working dishwasher upstairs and the house could have stood a little more TLC. I would still recommend it. Thanks Celia Stephens

This house was perfect for us. We had 10 people aged 5 to 64, one person using a rollator due to mobility problems. He couldn't go downstairs but didn't really need to. It was perfect for our needs. We had a great time at this property. Five couples getaway. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool table as well as the wonderful kitchen.

Our family loved the view and the location of this property. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was amazing! The house was perfect for the 10 family members that stayed there. Plenty of space and every couple/single had their own room. The hot tub and pool room were a nice touch. We would definitely recommend.
